How to Use

Allay is easy to use and has been clinically proven safe and effective for continuous wear for 30 days!

Step 1 – Pull out the white tab

Pulling out the tab activates the device!

Step 2 – Position Allay on your body

Place the center of the Allay loop directly over the area of pain and secure the wrap in place with your underwear.

Step 3 – Relax and be free!

At the end of your period, re-insert the tab to turn Allay off, and the device will be effective next month!  Allay will last for 10 menstrual cycles!
