The Company’s products have broad regulatory market clearance for the relief of pain, swelling and accelerated healing. The Company’s strategy is to identify a strong distributor selling to medical providers and/or retail outlets in a given country and grant exclusive distribution rights for either the medical provider market or retail market or both in return for minimum yearly sales quotas.
